A Chartered Accountant and a certified Business Continuity Planner (ABCP) with over two decades of experience in providing financial advisory services.  He has been actively involved in liasoning with potential investors, institutions and financial agencies  His core strength lies in corporate financial structuring including structured finance, public offerings and private equity funding.

 
  Seema M Ladage – Director  
 

A Bachelor of General Law (BGL) and an AMFI certified consultant, with valuable years of experience of having worked with Unit Trust Of India (UTI).  She is a Financial Planner for several High Net worth Individuals (HNI’s) and also a member of Indian Institute of Bankers. Her core strength lies in insurance advisory & financial solution for retail clients.

  A MBA from Nrseen Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS),. His area of expertise includes Financial Analysis, Project Management and Corporate Finance.  Apart from advising clients for raising funds from capital market, his proficiency also includes fund syndication for corporates from Banks & Financial Institutions through structured deals.  
  Mayur Gor – VP Audit & Taxation  
 

A MBA from CSM institute of Graduate Studies, he has wide experience in the area of high quality services like Auditing, Taxation, Accounting and Management Consulting. It also includes setting up sound internal controls, Budgeting and reporting system for Management. He provides value based counseling to corporate and HNI’s in areas of Accounting Standards, Compliance and Tax Planning.
